Club Nights
The club meets on the last Thursday of each month when we run a range of activities and more often than not, are delighted to have an expert demonstrator who is able to show us their skills and offer help and assistance.
November 2025
Club’s Annual General Meeting takes place on Thursday 27th November starting at 7.30pm.
We hope to see many of you there to celebrate the Club's achievements over the past twelve months,
October 2025
We were delighted to welcome Nathanael Griffiths on 25 October when he demonstrated not only his amazing turning skills but also gave the audience a number of useful tips and ideas.
Nathanael won the ‘Young Turner’ category of the British Woodturner of the Year at the age of 15, displayed his work at the Royal Academy of Arts Young Artists’ Summer Exhibitions, and more recently (2023) won Channel 4’s ‘Britain’s Best Woodworker’, amongst many other amazing achievements.
September 2025
This month we had not one but two demonstrations covering bench grinder techniques and useful tips to improving picture taking when photographing woodturning.
